On Windows, you’ll need to create a file called “mms.cfg” in the following path: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Pepper Data\Shockwave Flash\System\
In order for this workaround, you will need Chrome Version 87 or earlier. This workaround should only be used for emergency situations as you should truly try to reduce your dependence on Flash.
